eLuxury, formerly eLuxurySupply, is a veteran-owned bedding brand in Evansville, Indiana. It sold boxed, US-made gel memory foam and foam-latex hybrid mattresses from about $314 to $1,300. Those came with free shipping, a 120-night trial and a 10-year warranty. As of September 2026, the storefront is password-gated and no mattress can be ordered. If you're hoping to buy one, you'd be looking at leftover stock or secondhand listings. The details below describe the beds as they were sold.

Key Strengths
Secondhand or leftover-stock value hunters
Back and stomach sleepers who like plain gel memory foam
Side sleepers and couples who want the 12-inch hybrid

Good to Know
Anyone who needs to buy a mattress today
Shoppers who want a live price and working support
Heavier sleepers and edge-of-bed sitters
Hot sleepers on the all-foam 10-inch
Strict organic shoppers and anyone who wants white-glove setup
Good fit: shoppers hunting a discontinued-value, US-made boxed mattress secondhand or through remaining stock, since eLuxury ran below-average price points for foam beds; people who want a plain gel memory foam bed in Medium Firm (10-inch, rated 6.5 of 10 by Tuck) or a Medium (5.5) foam-latex-minicoil hybrid (12-inch); couples who need strong motion isolation and near-silent sleep surfaces; buyers who valued a long 120-night trial with free courier pickup and a non-prorated 10-year warranty; adjustable-base owners, because the 10-inch classic used an anti-slip base fabric; and veteran-owned-brand supporters, as the company is a Marine Corps veteran-owned and operated business.
Poor fit: anyone who needs to buy a mattress today, because the official storefront is password-gated as of Sept 2026 and the mattress collection has not been publicly orderable since the last archived 2025 catalog; shoppers who will not buy a bed without a current published price, live checkout or a working support channel; edge-of-bed sitters and heavier sleepers, since testers flagged questionable edge support and the 12-inch hybrid was rated best for sleepers under about 230 pounds; hot sleepers on the all-foam 10-inch, which some owners said slept warm; strict-organic shoppers, since no GOTS or GOLS line was published; people who want white-glove delivery, in-home setup or old-mattress haul-away, because the brand explicitly did not offer them; and shoppers who insist on in-store testing, as eLuxury operated no brick-and-mortar stores.

Chapter 02
Comfort and firmness: which mattress fits you
Why this matters to you: Feel names are the brand's words, not measurements. Use them to shortlist two or three beds, then let your body decide.
Sleep-position fit comes from Tuck's published assessment. The 10-inch Gel was rated Medium Firm (6.5 of 10) with moderate, even conforming and was recommended for sleepers who weigh at least 130 pounds, suiting back and stomach sleepers and average-to-heavier adults who want a firmer foam bed with pressure relief.
The 12-inch Gel Memory Foam and Latex Hybrid was rated Medium (5.5) with close conforming and was called optimal for lighter individuals and especially side sleepers who need extra cushioning, for sleepers up to about 230 pounds, and for couples thanks to latex responsiveness, strong motion isolation and a virtually silent surface; its latex and minicoil airflow also made it the cooler of the two.
The 8-inch and 10-inch US-made models and the Patriot line were straightforward gel memory foam beds aimed at value buyers and back or stomach sleepers who prefer a supportive foam feel. Heavier sleepers, strict edge-of-bed sleepers and sleepers who run hot on all-foam beds are the least-served groups across the line, and no model was ever published as a true firm or extra-soft option.

Which eLuxury feel fits you?
Weight chart not yet researched
Weight and sleep position can change how a bed feels. We have not yet checked whether eLuxury publishes a fit chart by body weight, so use a trial, where one is offered, to test the bed the way you sleep at home.
Neck: on your side, your nose should line up with the middle of your chest, not tip up or down.
Shoulders: your bottom shoulder should sink in. Tingling or a numb arm means the bed is too firm for you.
Lower back: on your back, slide a flat hand under your waist. A big gap means too firm; no room at all can mean too soft.
Hips: ask someone to look from the side. Hips lower than shoulders means the bed is too soft for you.
Figure 2.1: Four checks to run in a store, lying still in the position you sleep in most. The store test in chapter 11 says how long to lie on each bed.

Compare the mattresses
Why this matters to you: Models from one brand can differ in feel, height and layers. Match the feel label and height to how you sleep before you compare prices.
eLuxury lists 7 models. Feel names are the brand's labels.
Seven mattress lines were published across roughly 2015 to 2025, all roll-packed boxed beds shipped from Evansville, Indiana.
ELUX Signature 10-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress, Made in the USA (2022 to 2025; the only mattress still present in the last archived collection page in October 2025): a 10-inch build the brand described as a hybrid, with five layers of gel memory foam, foam and pocketed spring coils, a 100 percent premium grade polyester cover, Twin 39x75, Twin XL 39x80, Full 54x75, Queen 60x80, King 78x80 and Cal King 72x84 inches; verified August 2025 variant prices Twin $337.99, Twin XL $343.99, Queen $482.99, Full, King and Cal King $574.99, with 2023 archived prices of $379.99 Twin to $629.99 Cal King; on-site rating 4.6 stars from 15 reviews.
The ELUX 10-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress, also written as the 10-inch Classic (2019 to 2022): three foam layers with a stretch-knit cooling cover and anti-slip bottom fabric, listed by Tuck as a 3-inch 3 PCF gel memory foam comfort layer over a 7-inch 1.8 PCF high-density polyfoam core with a polyester-spandex knit-top, woven-side cover, Medium Firm 6.5 feel, aimed at sleepers 130 pounds and up; archived May 2022 list prices Twin and Twin XL $899.99, Full $999.99, Queen $1,199.99, King and Cal King $1,299.99, while Tuck's price table showed Twin $391.99, Twin XL $403.99, Full $483.99, Queen $543.99, King $623.99, Cal King $639.99, a spread that reflects the brand's near-constant discounting.
12-inch Gel Memory Foam and Latex Innerspring Hybrid (2019 to 2021): 2-inch gel-infused memory foam plus 1-inch BiOH gel latex rated 21-24 ILD, 1.5-inch individually encased micro-coils and 7.5-inch 1.8 PCF support foam, polyester-spandex knit-top cover, Medium 5.5 feel, best for sleepers under about 230 pounds and side sleepers; archived prices Twin and Twin XL $900.99, Full $968.99, Queen $1,000.99, King $1,149.99, Cal King $1,199.99.

8-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (2016 to 2017): 2-inch gel swirl memory foam over 6-inch high-density support foam with a 100 percent Tencel cover, November 2016 prices Twin and Twin XL $313.99, Full $366.99, Queen $397.99, King and Cal King $420.99; the model page carried Free Shipping, 120 Night Trial and 10 Year Warranty badges.
Patriot Gel Memory Foam Mattress with eLux Energy Foam, Made in the USA (2015 to 2016): sold in 8-inch and 10-inch versions using 1-inch eLux Energy Foam described as memory foam with bounce over a 7-inch 1.8 pound base foam, from $415.99 for the 8-inch Twin, and unusually for the brand it carried a 90-night risk-free trial rather than 120 nights.
SleepMade Gel Memory Foam 10-inch Mattress with eLux Energy Foam (2016): a partner-branded edition of the same US-made construction sold from the eLuxurySupply domain. Bundles: a 10-inch gel memory foam mattress with a North American pine platform bed, and a three-piece set combining the 10-inch gel mattress, the 12-inch latex hybrid and the pine platform bed, both archived in 2016 to 2017.

Mattress prices and value
Why this matters to you: A starting price can rise with size, base and delivery. Get the full price for your size in writing before you choose.
Pricing was consistently below the mainstream DTC average, and the brand discounted constantly, so list and street prices diverged widely.
Verified published prices by era: 8-inch 2016, $313.99 Twin to $420.99 King or Cal King; 10-inch US-made 2016, $444.99 to $719.99; Patriot 8-inch Twin from $415.99; 12-inch hybrid 2020 to 2021, $900.99 Twin to $1,199.99 Cal King; 10-inch ELUX 2022 list, $899.99 Twin to $1,299.99 Cal King, against Tuck's $391.99 to $639.99 table; ELUX Signature 2025, $337.99 Twin to $574.99 Full, King and Cal King.
Tuck summarized the lineup as below-average price points, and the brand's own site banners advertised free shipping with 20 percent off sales and Cyber Week events, meaning few shoppers paid list. Value caveat: the storefront is now password-gated, mattress pages render a placeholder, and no current price can be verified, so the value case today rests on discontinued stock, resale or secondhand listings rather than a live retailer.

Chapter 05
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Why this matters to you: A mattress is a long buy. Lean on the written warranty and real owner reports to judge how it will last.
Durability expectations were modest and clearly disclosed. Tuck rated the 10-inch Gel's durability as on par with most memory foam models with an expected lifespan of six to seven years, against its stated six-to-eight-year average mattress lifespan, and its bottom-line summary said eLuxury beds offer close, consistent conforming with little to no sagging.
The company backed mattresses with a 10-year full-coverage warranty whose only published sag standard was visible sagging or indentations of one inch or deeper, which is the same threshold used by most mainstream brands.
Weak points documented by testers: minimal edge support on the all-foam 10-inch with sinkage likely to develop where people sit, only fair edge support on the 12-inch, some new-mattress off-gassing that should clear within days, and a warning that the 10-inch absorbs some body heat though it slept fairly cool for most owners because of its firmer feel.
Longer-term comfort changes and softening without a one-inch dip are treated as normal wear and are not covered.

Chapter 06
Sleep trials, returns, exchanges and fees
Why this matters to you: Feel is hard to judge in a store or in a week. Know your exit plan and its cost before you pay.
Trials and returns changed over the brand's life, and the current policy pages are gated. Mattress product pages from 2016 through 2022 promised a 120-night risk-free trial with a full refund at any point and no required break-in period, with eLuxury coordinating free mattress pickup from the customer's home, while the 2015 to 2016 Patriot mattress page instead offered a 90-night risk-free trial.
Tuck separately reported that non-mattress products qualified for a 30-night return or exchange window.
The last publicly readable returns page, archived March 2025, is a 30-day policy: returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, a return label provided at a discounted rate depending on the reason, items must be in original sellable condition and refit into the original box, exchanges are not accepted, clearance items are final sale, and defective items are replaced if reported within 30 days with photos.
Site-wide banners in the 2023 to 2025 archives read Free Shipping and 30 Day Returns, so the long 120-night mattress trial appears to have been retired before the storefront closed. As of Sept 2026 no live trial or return terms can be confirmed.

Delivery, setup and old-mattress removal
Why this matters to you: Delivery terms decide your first week with the bed. Confirm the date, setup and old-bed removal before you pay.
Delivery was simple and free within the contiguous United States: shipping is on us per the brand's own pages, including military post office boxes, with extra charges possible for Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories and for international orders.
Handling time at the Evansville warehouse was about 1 to 2 business days, domestic transit 1 to 5 business days, and international 5 to 10 business days; the brand shipped via FedEx and USPS, and mattresses were compressed, rolled and vacuum packed into one deliverable box, which the brand framed as a way to get the mattress into the bedroom while saving on shipping costs.
Mattress orders outside the contiguous US had to be quoted by phone or chat. Tuck confirmed there was no white glove delivery on any model and no old-mattress removal with any order, so setup and disposal were the buyer's responsibility; the Certificate of CFR 1632 flammability compliance without flame retardant chemicals was also published on related sleep products.
Typical wait: 1 to 2 business days

What do the warranties cover?
Why this matters to you: A warranty is only as good as its terms. Read the written terms and use a supported base, because the wrong frame can end coverage.
Mattress warranties were published as a 10 Year Full Coverage plan, also described as a 10-year limited warranty, and Tuck's policy breakdown adds the fine print. The warranty is non-prorated and covers visible sagging or indentations on the sleep surface of one inch or deeper.
It excludes sagging under one inch and normal increases in softness that do not affect pressure relief, repairs or replacements requested because the owner's comfort preferences changed, and mold, burns, cuts, tears, stains and other physical damage from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or inadequate support. Coverage is contingent on proper foundational support and can be voided by damage from an inadequate base.
The warranty is non-transferable and offered only to the original owner who bought from eLuxury or an authorized retailer, so secondhand buyers are not covered. Non-mattress eLuxury items carried shorter terms, for example a 10-year warranty on the bamboo mattress pad and 1-year hassle-free coverage on some accessories.
Covered when the dip is deeper than 1 inch, measured with nobody on the bed.
Strip the bed down to the mattress and wait a few hours so the top layers can recover.
Lay a straight edge (a broom handle or long level) across the dip, resting on the flat parts.
Measure from the edge down to the deepest point, then photograph the ruler for your claim.

Chapter 09
Review counts checked on each site · they change daily
Customer reviews and complaints
Why this matters to you: Star ratings depend on who posts and where. Read the low-star reviews for patterns, not just the average.
Review volume is thin and dated, and one platform mixes in unrelated history. The brand's own Yotpo widget showed an on-site rating of 4.6 stars from 15 reviews on the ELUX Signature 10-inch mattress in the August 2025 archived page. Tuck's guide reported, cited an A+ Better Business Bureau rating for the brand, and listed as cons questionable edge support and mattresses that may sleep hot for some.
Sitejabber's eluxury.com profile shows 3.5 stars from 2 reviews, but that page's review content dates to 2007 and concerns the unrelated defunct luxury fashion retailer that once used the eluxury.com name, so it is not usable evidence about this mattress brand.
No Trustpilot profile, no current Better Business Bureau complaint data and no aggregated Amazon ratings could be verified as of Sept 2026, because Trustpilot and BBB returned access errors, the brand's Amazon bedding listings no longer return search results, and the official site is password-gated.
The most practical complaint as of Sept 2026 is availability: eluxurysupply.com leads to eluxury.com, which shows COMING SOON and a password prompt, and mattress product pages show a placeholder.

Chapter 10
What are the mattresses made of?
Why this matters to you: Layer names say little without numbers. Ask what is inside your exact model, layer by layer.
Across the line the recipe was US-made polyurethane foam. The 8-inch used 2 inches of gel swirl memory foam over 6 inches of high-density support foam with a 100 percent Tencel cover, and every mattress page stated the foam is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning no phthalates, ozone depleters, CFCs, mercury, lead or heavy metals, formaldehyde or PBDEs and low VOC emissions.
The 10-inch US-made and 10-inch Classic models used a 3-inch gel memory foam comfort layer over a 7-inch 1.8 PCF high-density polyfoam core, the Classic with a stretch-knit cooling cover and anti-slip bottom; the brand also listed 2 inches of 1.5 pound convoluted PU foam and 3 inches of 1.8 pound ventilated air gel foam in one published layer table.
The 12-inch hybrid stacked 2-inch gel-infused memory foam, 1-inch BiOH gel latex at 21-24 ILD, 1.5-inch individually encased pocketed micro-coils and 7.5-inch 1.8 PCF support foam. The ELUX Signature 10-inch was described as five layers of gel memory foam, foam and pocketed spring coils under a 100 percent premium grade polyester cover.
Patriot models added 1-inch eLux Energy Foam, marketed as memory foam with a bounce, over a 7-inch 1.8 pound base. Covers across the range were Tencel, stretch knit or polyester and spandex blends; no organic latex, wool, GOTS or GOLS materials were ever published.

Chapter 11
Where can you try and buy the mattresses?
Why this matters to you: Where you buy sets the price, the trial and who handles problems. Check the seller's terms, not just the brand's.
Online only, and no longer openly orderable. Tuck reported that both mattresses were sold on the eLuxury website, that customers could add bed frames made of North American pine or reclaimed barn wood, that authorized retailers such as Amazon.com also carried the beds, and that eLuxury does not operate any brick-and-mortar locations.
The brand ran a wholesale division for retailers, drop shippers and interior designers at wholesale.eluxurysupply.com and by phone at (800) 977-7433, and shipped from its headquarters at 2625 Kotter Ave, Evansville, Indiana 47715, where 2023 catalog data even carried an EVV Pickup tag suggesting local collection.
As of Sept 2026 no store locator, retailer list, Amazon search result or live product page could be found: an Amazon search for eluxury supply in Bedding and Bath returned no results, so there is nowhere to try a current eLuxury mattress and no verified place to buy one today.

Chapter 12
eLuxury vs. other mattress brands
Why this matters to you: A fair comparison needs the same facts for both beds. Line up price, trial and warranty for each one.
eLuxury competed as a budget, veteran-owned, US-made alternative to the big direct-to-consumer names rather than as a premium bed.
Tuck's comparison table placed the 10-inch and 12-inch models against Casper at $1,095, Leesa at $999, Loom and Leaf at $2,195 and Nectar at $899, noting eLuxury's below-average price points, its 120-night trial against their 100-night and 365-night trials, and its 10-year non-prorated warranty against their 10-year limited and lifetime limited terms; it also credited the brand with good motion isolation, no noise and an A+ BBB rating, while flagging edge support and heat retention.
The brand itself published comparison posts titled eLuxurySupply vs Casper Mattress Review and eLuxurySupply vs Tuft and Needle Mattress Review in 2016, positioning foam quality and US manufacturing against those rivals.
Against today's market, the lineup would sit in the value foam tier: CertiPUR-US foam, Polyester and Tencel covers, no organic or natural-latex range, no adjustable-friendly perimeter reinforcement, no white-glove service network, a 10-year non-transferable warranty, and a six-to-seven-year expected lifespan that is ordinary for memory foam.

How we research and report
This page is an early draft built from our research sheet for eLuxury. We read the brand's own pages and public listings, and we do not test mattresses ourselves. Fields marked "Not yet researched" are still being checked.
As of September 2026, eLuxury's official domain eluxurysupply.com leads to www.eluxury.com and a password-gated COMING SOON storefront, so product, policy and FAQ details come from older versions of the brand's own pages: the October 2025 and earlier mattress collection pages, the ELUX Signature 10-inch product page (August 2025 and 2023), the 2022 The ELUX 10-inch page, the 2020 to 2021 12-inch hybrid page, the 2016 8-inch, 10-inch US-made and Patriot pages, plus older shipping, returns, FAQ, about us and in the press pages, which supplied company history, free shipping terms, warehouse timing and the 30-day return policy.
Third-party evidence came from Tuck's eLuxury mattress review (November 2019, updated 2022), which provided firmness ratings, construction specs, price tables, trial and warranty analysis, availability and company data; Sleepopolis and Mattress Clarity archived coverage of eLuxurySupply bedding, interviews and comparisons; and checks of Amazon, Sitejabber, Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau for current listings, ratings and complaints.
Every figure is attributed to its source, brand marketing claims are labeled as claims, no hands-on testing was performed, archival prices are dated because they are no longer live, and anything that could not be located is labeled as not published or not found.
