The 30-Second Verdict: Quick Summary

FORM Sleep is a Scottsdale, Arizona direct-to-consumer brand (FORM Sleep LLC). It sells four USA-made GelGrid mattresses: Core, Core Hybrid, Prime, and Prime X. Prices run from $1,149 to $3,599, with a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty. You'll like it if you sleep hot or share a bed. There are caveats. It's online-only, every model has one firmness, and you won't find many independent reviews. You can't try one in a store before you buy.

Chapter 01

Is FORM the best mattress for you?

Good fit: hot sleepers who want open-air grid cooling instead of heat-trapping memory foam, since every model uses GelGrid with 1,400+ air channels under an AeroWeave cool-touch cover; couples who want motion isolation and a usable edge, with the hybrids scored 10/10 for motion and edge support by both Eachnight and Sleep Junkie; side and combination sleepers, the positions independent testers rate highest; back-pain shoppers drawn to the seven-zone ZoneCoil lumbar support the brand markets hardest; shoppers who want CertiPUR-US foams, GREENGUARD Gold, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and 100% fiberglass-free construction with USA manufacturing; value hunters who prefer a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty to the usual 100 nights and 10 years; and buyers across budgets, from the $1,149 Core to the $3,599 Prime X.

Poor fit: anyone who wants to lie on the bed before buying, because the brand is online-only with no showrooms or published retail partners as of Sept 2026; shoppers who want a firmness choice, since every model is sold in a single Medium feel and the brand tells unhappy buyers to exchange or return instead; strict stomach sleepers who need a very firm, unyielding surface, which Sleep Junkie says to test carefully during the trial; heavier sleepers around 230-250 lb and up, whom Eachnight cautions may want more support than the Prime gives; shoppers wanting organic or natural materials, because the Core is petroleum-based polyurethane foam and only the Prime X adds Talalay latex; anyone needing free shipping outside the contiguous US, where the brand says to contact support for Alaska and Hawaii options and rates; and budget shoppers under roughly $1,100, since the cheapest size is $1,149.

Outside review scores
Review sites checked: Eachnight, Sleep Junkie, PureWow. Their scores: Sleep Junkie 9-10/10, Eachnight 9-10/10, PureWow 97/100. Model they tested: FORM Core Hybrid, Medium, 12 in. Each site tests in its own way, so read each row on its own.

Chapter 02

Comfort and firmness: which mattress fits you

Why this matters to you: Feel names are the brand's words, not measurements. Use them to shortlist two or three beds, then let your body decide.

Hot sleepers: all four share the GelGrid airflow plus AeroWeave cover, and testers scored cooling 9/10 on the Core, Core Hybrid and Prime and 10/10 on the Prime X, so pick Prime X if overheating is the main problem or the Core Hybrid as the value cooling pick. Side sleepers: Prime and Prime X, whose Euro-top and (on Prime X) Talalay latex give the most shoulder and hip give, with Sleep Junkie measuring about 4.5/10 at the Prime's shoulder zone.

Back sleepers and back-pain shoppers: the Prime, whose seven-zone ZoneCoil lumbar support is what the brand and its chiropractor reviewers push hardest. Combination sleepers: Core Hybrid or Prime, both scored 10/10 for responsiveness. Couples: the hybrids, scored 10/10 for motion isolation and edge support so both partners can use the full width.

Stomach sleepers: the Core is the firmest-labeled option, but reviewers say anyone needing a truly unyielding surface should test during the 365-night trial. Heavy sleepers: choose a hybrid over the all-foam Core, and note Eachnight's caution that sleepers over about 230-250 lb may want more support than the Prime offers. Budget, kids and guest rooms: Core in Twin, Twin XL or Full.

Luxury and natural-material shoppers: Prime X, the only model with Talalay latex. If you cannot decide, the brand's own funnel is Core for budget, Core Hybrid for most sleepers, Prime for back pain and luxury, and Prime X for the top of the line.

Which FORM feel fits you?

Weight chart not yet researched

Weight and sleep position can change how a bed feels. We have not yet checked whether FORM publishes a fit chart by body weight, so use a trial, where one is offered, to test the bed the way you sleep at home.

Four alignment checkpoints against a neutral posture line Neck Shoulders Lower back Hips level with spine sink in, no pinch no gap below no sag Straight spine line
  1. Neck: on your side, your nose should line up with the middle of your chest, not tip up or down.
  2. Shoulders: your bottom shoulder should sink in. Tingling or a numb arm means the bed is too firm for you.
  3. Lower back: on your back, slide a flat hand under your waist. A big gap means too firm; no room at all can mean too soft.
  4. Hips: ask someone to look from the side. Hips lower than shoulders means the bed is too soft for you.

Compare the mattresses

Why this matters to you: Models from one brand can differ in feel, height and layers. Match the feel label and height to how you sleep before you compare prices.

FORM lists 4 models. Feel names are the brand's labels.

Four mattresses, all in one Medium feel and all built on GelGrid; the site sells no pillows, sheets or bases yet even though its Terms mention them, and it lists four products only. (1) FORM Core - 10 in all-foam, the value model: $1,149 Twin and Twin XL, $1,299 Full, $1,399 Queen, $1,899 King and Cal King, with list prices $400 higher under the standing $400-off promo.

Build: 1.5 in GelGrid cooling grid of hyper-elastic gel polymer with Integra-Mesh reinforcement and a moisture-wicking treatment, 2 in ContourFlex adaptive foam, 6 in StableCore high-density support foam, AeroWeave cool-touch knit cover (98% polyester, 2% spandex), nontoxic knit fire barrier, no coils. Weights run 37 lb Twin to 79 lb King, though the FAQ quotes heavier figures (Queen 104 lb).

Labeled Firm on the collection page but Medium in the FAQ; Sleep Junkie measured a 5-6 out of 10 medium feel and scored it 9/10 overall (response 10, motion 10, edge 9, cooling 9, value 8); Eachnight scored it 9/10 overall (responsiveness 8, motion 10, edge 9, cooling 9, value 8). (2) FORM Core Hybrid - 12 in hybrid, most popular: $1,549 Twin and Twin XL, $1,799 Full, $1,899 Queen, $2,499 King and Cal King.

Build: 1.5 in GelGrid plus Integra-Mesh, 1.5 in ContourFlex, 8 in ZoneCoil 7-Series pocketed coils with seven zones and a foam-encased perimeter (600 coils in Queen), 1 in BaseFlex base foam; 60 lb Twin to 129 lb King.

Scored 10/10 overall by both Sleep Junkie and Eachnight (cooling 9/10 and value 8/10 each) and 97/100 by PureWow, whose tester flagged that the firmness takes getting used to, unboxing is cumbersome and the box is heavy; zoned feel measured near 5/10 at the shoulder and 7/10 at the lumbar zone. (3) FORM Prime - 14 in Euro-top hybrid, best seller: $2,199 Twin and Twin XL, $2,399 Full, $2,599 Queen, $3,199 King and Cal King.

Build: 1.5 in GelGrid plus Integra-Mesh, a thicker 3 in ContourFlex transition, 8 in ZoneCoil 7-Series (600 Queen coils, foam-encased), 1 in BaseFlex; 68 lb Twin to 145 lb King.

Sleep Junkie scored it 10/10 overall (shoulder zone about 4.5/10, lumbar about 7/10) and Eachnight 10/10 overall (responsiveness 9, motion 10, edge 10, cooling 9), with caveats that stomach sleepers who need a very firm bed should test it and that sleepers over roughly 230-250 lb may want more support. (4) FORM Prime X - 15 in luxury hybrid: $2,399 Twin and Twin XL, $2,799 Full, $2,999 Queen, $3,599 King and Cal King.

Build: 2 in quilted Euro-top panel, 1.5 in GelGrid plus Integra-Mesh sitting above 1 in Talalay latex, 1 in ContourFlex, 1 in titanium-infused memory foam, 8 in ZoneCoil 7-Series (600 Queen coils), 1 in BaseFlex; 86 lb Twin to 183 lb King with two side handles.

Both Sleep Junkie and Eachnight gave it 10/10 overall; Eachnight measured cooling 10/10, the only FORM model to reach that mark, and called it the most advanced bed in the line; Sleep Junkie measured a medium-soft 4-5 out of 10 feel. Split King 2-packs are specified for every model but no Split King price was published in the site's product data as of Sept 2026.

Mattress prices and value

Why this matters to you: A starting price can rise with size, base and delivery. Get the full price for your size in writing before you choose.

Current prices at check in September 2026, under a standing $400-off promotion; each model's from price is $400 below its listed list price. Core: $1,149 Twin and Twin XL, $1,299 Full, $1,399 Queen, $1,899 King and Cal King, listed from $1,549. Core Hybrid: $1,549 Twin and Twin XL, $1,799 Full, $1,899 Queen, $2,499 King and Cal King, listed from $1,949.

Prime: $2,199 Twin and Twin XL, $2,399 Full, $2,599 Queen, $3,199 King and Cal King, listed from $2,599. Prime X: $2,399 Twin and Twin XL, $2,799 Full, $2,999 Queen, $3,599 King and Cal King, listed from $2,799. Per-size prices come from the site's own embedded product data, because the product pages display only a from figure; Split King 2-packs are specified but not priced in that data.

The brand's own comparison table, dated prices checked August 10, 2026, puts the FORM Core Hybrid from $1,549 (Twin) against the Purple Restore Hybrid Queen from $2,699; Queen is $1,899 above, and its trial table contrasts FORM's 365 nights, lifetime warranty, free pickup and no-repackaging returns with Purple and Casper at 100 nights and 10 years, Tempur-Pedic at 90 nights and 10 years with a $175 charge and required repackaging, and Saatva at 365 nights and a lifetime warranty with a $99 transportation charge.

Independent value scores: Sleep Junkie gave all four models 8/10 for value, Eachnight gave the Core and Core Hybrid 8/10, and both scored the 365-night trial 10/10, calling the trial and free two-way shipping among the most consumer-friendly terms in the category. Chapter 05

How well do the mattresses hold up?

Why this matters to you: A mattress is a long buy. Lean on the written warranty and real owner reports to judge how it will last.

No long-term, real-world durability data exists yet because the brand is young - its Terms and Privacy pages were last updated February 11, 2026 and its own comparison table is dated August 10, 2026 - and the site publishes no sagging tests, no years-in-use studies and no customer longevity reports.

What is published: a lifetime warranty that the brand frames as evidence of long-term structural confidence; an ISO 9001 certified California factory with 100% quality inspection; CertiPUR-US foams; and fiberglass-free construction.

Material arguments: reviewers describe Talalay latex as roughly a 20-year material under normal use; Integra-Mesh is described as preventing the grid from stretching or wobbling over time; and the ZoneCoil 7-Series coils are individually wrapped so one failed coil does not cascade.

Reviewer durability testing: Eachnight ran repeated loading cycles on the Prime and found no meaningful permanent indentation, with the grid returning to shape after each cycle, and its Prime X review notes two vertical handles that make rotating the 15 in, 183 lb King practical; Sleep Junkie describes the builds as durable but notes the Core is all-foam and petroleum-based.

Care rules that affect lifespan: rotate every 3-6 months, never flip, use a protector because stains void the warranty, and use a supportive foundation or adjustable base. Note that the brand's own documents disagree on the sagging threshold: the FAQ and homepage say sagging over 1.5 in is covered, while the Terms and Conditions say indentations greater than 1 in.

Treat any 10-year-plus lifespan claim as unproven until the brand has that much history.

Sleep trials, returns, exchanges and fees

Why this matters to you: Feel is hard to judge in a store or in a week. Know your exit plan and its cost before you pay.

365-night risk-free trial, the headline policy, with the clock starting on the delivery date. There is a 30-night minimum break-in period before you can return, which the brand justifies by saying your body needs 2-4 weeks to adapt, and after that you can return at any point inside the 365 days. Returns are free: contact the sleep team, they schedule pickup at your convenience, and no repackaging, box or shrink wrap is needed.

Refunds are full, minus the value of any non-returnable promotional gifts, and are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after pickup; shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable. No restocking fees ever, and no return shipping cost. Conditions: the mattress must be in usable condition, free of misuse damage, stains that void the warranty or alteration, and the return must be started before the trial expires.

Non-returnable under the trial: pillows, sheets and bedding, mattress protectors, bed frames, adjustable bases, final-sale items and gift cards, though as of Sept 2026 none of those accessories were actually listed for sale. Exchanges are mentioned, with the FAQ telling buyers who dislike the single Medium firmness to exchange or return within 365 days, but no separate exchange process, exchange fee or exchange timeline is published.

Full terms live in the Terms and Conditions of Use, last updated February 11, 2026.

Delivery, setup and old-mattress removal

Why this matters to you: Delivery terms decide your first week with the bed. Confirm the date, setup and old-bed removal before you pay.

Shipping is free to the contiguous United States, with Alaska and Hawaii handled case by case, since the FAQ says to contact support for options and rates.

Two very different experiences: the Core and Core Hybrid arrive compressed in a box via FedEx Ground, most orders shipping in 5-7 business days, though one FAQ passage says 3-8 business days, and you unpack and place them yourself; the Prime and Prime X include free White Glove delivery, where a carrier contacts you to schedule an appointment, brings the mattress in, sets it up and optionally hauls away your old mattress, and the brand asks you to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery scheduling.

Prime and Prime X ship flat-boxed rather than rolled, for example 61 x 81 x 16 in for a Queen Prime. Allow 24-48 hours after White Glove setup for the mattress to reach full expansion. Returns reverse the process: the brand arranges free pickup and says no repackaging is required, so you leave the mattress as-is.

A tracking page shows real-time delivery status. No in-store pickup, no expedited or same-day option and no delivery fees were published.

Typical wait: 5 to 7 business days

Chapter 08

Terms checked on the brand's site · recheck before you buy

What do the warranties cover?

Why this matters to you: A warranty is only as good as its terms. Read the written terms and use a supported base, because the wrong frame can end coverage.

Every FORM mattress carries a Lifetime Warranty, detailed in section 8 of the Terms and Conditions and summarized in the FAQ. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the mattress, starting on the original purchase date, and it belongs to the original purchaser only because it is non-transferable; lifetime means the reasonable expected useful life of the mattress for that buyer.

Covered: visible indentations or body impressions greater than 1 in that are not caused by an improper or unsupportive foundation; physical flaws that cause the foam to split or crack under normal use; and manufacturing defects in the cover, including seam separation and zipper failure. The brand's FAQ and homepage phrase the sagging threshold as over 1.5 in, so the two documents disagree and the Terms figure is the stricter one.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, comfort or firmness preference, misuse, stains or soiling, damage from an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed frame, damage from bending or folding the mattress, burns, cuts, liquid penetration and physical abuse. Claims: contact support with your order number, photos of the defect and a description, and the site also offers warranty registration to activate the lifetime coverage.

No proration schedule, no shipping-fee responsibility and no repair-versus-replace policy were published, and no standalone warranty document was found, leaving the Terms and the FAQ as the only warranty sources.

Measuring a mattress dip with a straight edge and a ruler Straight edge across the bed Dip depth Mattress, nobody lying on it

Covered when the dip is deeper than 1.5 in (FAQ) or 1 in (Terms), measured with nobody on the bed.

  1. Strip the bed down to the mattress and wait a few hours so the top layers can recover.
  2. Lay a straight edge (a broom handle or long level) across the dip, resting on the flat parts.
  3. Measure from the edge down to the deepest point, then photograph the ruler for your claim.

Customer reviews and complaints

Why this matters to you: Star ratings depend on who posts and where. Read the low-star reviews for patterns, not just the average.

Customer reviews are essentially absent: the product pages carry a review section that is empty as of Sept 2026, so no star rating or review count is published anywhere on formsleep.com.

No Trustpilot profile exists for formsleep.com; no Better Business Bureau profile for FORM Sleep was found for the Scottsdale area; SmartCustomer, formerly Sitejabber, lists formsleep.com with 0 reviews; and FORM Sleep products are not sold on Amazon as of Sept 2026.

What exists instead is expert and affiliate coverage: Sleep Junkie, written by Kristina Hindes, scored the Core 9/10 and the Core Hybrid, Prime and Prime X 10/10; Eachnight, written by Dr. Jordan Burns, scored the Core 9/10 and the other three 10/10; and PureWow scored the Core Hybrid 97/100 with 20/20 for value and quality. Two conflicts to weigh: Dr.

Jordan Burns, who authors all four Eachnight reviews, is the same expert whose 5.0 endorsement FORM displays on its own pages, and both Eachnight and Sleep Junkie run affiliate links and advertising, with Sleep Junkie owned by Healthy Sleep LLC and carrying Amerisleep advertising, while PureWow discloses gifted items and affiliate links.

Published criticisms: PureWow's tester said the firmness takes getting used to, unboxing was cumbersome and the mattress was surprisingly heavy; Sleep Junkie's Core review flagged noticeable edge compression when sitting on the perimeter, the all-foam build with no coils, and petroleum-based foams with no organic or natural materials; Sleep Junkie's Core Hybrid, Prime and Prime X reviews warn dedicated stomach sleepers who need a very firm surface to test carefully, especially heavier stomach sleepers; and Eachnight cautions that sleepers over roughly 230-250 lb may want more support than the Prime, and that the Prime's cooling dropped to 9/10 when two people loaded the bed in a hot room.

No Reddit threads, third-party YouTube reviews or press coverage were found as of Sept 2026, and none were found as of Sept 2026.

What are the mattresses made of?

Why this matters to you: Layer names say little without numbers. Ask what is inside your exact model, layer by layer.

Every model starts with the same signature stack and diverges below it. Cover: AeroWeave cool-touch knit, 98% polyester and 2% spandex, with a non-slip bottom panel of 74% polyester and 26% acrylic latex; Prime and Prime X add a quilted Euro-top panel, 2 in on the Prime X, sewn into the mattress.

Comfort: a 1.5 in GelGrid cooling grid of hyper-elastic gel polymer reinforced with Integra-Mesh and finished with a non-toxic moisture-wicking treatment; the brand says the grid has 1,400+ open-air channels. Transition: ContourFlex adaptive foam, 2 in on the Core, 1.5 in on the Core Hybrid, 3 in on the Prime and 1 in on the Prime X.

Support: the Core uses 6 in of StableCore high-density foam and no coils, while the three hybrids use an 8 in ZoneCoil 7-Series pocketed coil system with seven ergonomic zones and a foam-encased perimeter, 600 coils in a Queen, over 1 in of BaseFlex high-density foundation foam. Prime X extras: 1 in of Talalay latex, trademarked ATEX Talalay Latex, and 1 in of titanium-infused memory foam.

Fire barrier: a non-toxic knit that the brand says is not chemically treated. Certifications, brand-reported and repeated on every product page: CertiPUR-US certified foams, GREENGUARD Gold, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and 100% fiberglass-free. Care: spot clean only, no machine washing, use a mattress protector to keep the warranty valid, rotate head to foot every 3-6 months, never flip, and allow 24-48 hours for full expansion after White Glove setup.

Made in the USA: the brand says every mattress is manufactured in its California facility, 100% quality inspected, in an ISO 9001 certified plant.

How to read this: the law tag, the brand's own statements, and certificates each cover different things. A spec the brand doesn't publish isn't proof it's missing; it just isn't shared.

Where can you try and buy the mattresses?

Why this matters to you: Where you buy sets the price, the trial and who handles problems. Check the seller's terms, not just the brand's.

Online only. The entire catalog, four mattresses, is sold at formsleep.com, with no showrooms, no store locator, no third-party retail listings and no way to lie on a bed before buying as of Sept 2026.

Support and sales run 7 days a week: phone 888-533-3842, Monday to Friday 8am-9pm MST and Saturday to Sunday 9am-6pm MST, plus live chat, email and a 24/7 virtual assistant, with the brand quoting an average response under 2 hours and contact-form replies within 2-4 hours in business hours. The company is FORM Sleep LLC, 7167 E Rancho Vista Dr, Ste 137, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

The try-before-you-buy route is the 365-night at-home trial rather than a store visit. Retail expansion is signposted: a wholesale program invites mattress, furniture and regional retailers, interior designers, wellness clinics and corporate wellness buyers to apply at formsleep.com/wholesale, pitching a four-model showroom lineup and a GelGrid demo, but no approved stockists are listed.

Social channels: Instagram @form.sleep, TikTok @formsleep and YouTube @formsleep. Order tracking and a self-serve return form are on the site.

Chapter 12

FORM vs. other mattress brands

Why this matters to you: A fair comparison needs the same facts for both beds. Line up price, trial and warranty for each one.

FORM positions itself squarely against Purple and Tempur-Pedic, with Casper and Saatva appearing in its trial comparison.

The core argument is grid versus foam: the brand's tables contrast its GelGrid plus Integra-Mesh construction with Purple's GelFlex Grid and Tempur-Pedic's memory foam, claiming a reinforced and steadier grid feel, open-channel cooling against foam heat retention, a 365-night trial against Purple's 100 and Tempur's 90, and a lifetime warranty against 10 years for both.

Price framing, with the brand's table dated August 10, 2026: FORM Core Hybrid Queen from $1,549 against the Purple Restore Hybrid Queen from $2,699, a $1,150 gap the brand leans on hard. The trial table also shows Saatva matching FORM at 365 nights and a lifetime warranty but charging $99 transportation, Purple and Casper at 100 nights with 10-year warranties, and Tempur-Pedic charging $175 and requiring repackaging.

Where FORM genuinely differs: fiberglass-free construction stated across the line, published CertiPUR-US, GREENGUARD Gold and OEKO-TEX certifications, US manufacturing, free two-way shipping, free pickup with no repackaging, and a single four-model lineup that is easy to compare.

Where FORM lags: it is a young, small brand with no long-term track record, no store presence, one Medium firmness across all four models, no organic or natural option except the Prime X's 1 in Talalay layer, no adjustable-firmness or air technology, no accessories, no customer review base, and far fewer independent reviews than Purple, Tempur-Pedic, Casper or Saatva, with its most visible reviews coming from a reviewer who is also its featured endorser, which shoppers should discount accordingly.

More brand reviews to compare: Foamma, FoamOrder, Foreverbed, Fox Mattress, FreshBed, Galaxy Truck Mattress.

Competitor details reflect published prices and specs on the date shown. Mattress brands may update prices and trial terms over time.

How we research and report

This page is an early draft built from our research sheet for FORM. We read the brand's own pages and public listings, and we do not test mattresses ourselves. Fields marked "Not yet researched" are still being checked.

Researched 22 September 2026, official site first, then retailers, then reviews. Per-size prices were pulled from each product page's embedded schema.org ProductGroup data rather than marketing copy, because the pages themselves show only a from price.

Gaps recorded rather than filled: no customer review count or star rating exists anywhere on the site; no Split King pricing is published; no long-term durability data exists; the FAQ and the Terms disagree on the sagging threshold, 1.5 in versus 1 in; the collection page says FORMFlex grid while product pages say GelGrid; and firmness labels differ between the collection page, Firm, Medium-Firm, Medium and Medium Firm, and the FAQ, which says a single Medium.

The BBB profile itself could not be retrieved because bbb.org blocks automated access, so. plus direct site checks; statements that no reviews or listings were found are not-found results as of Sept 2026, not proof of absence.

Quick Answers

Quick Answers Before You Buy

Safety and materials
Buying and policies

Is FORM really made in the USA?

Yes, the brand says every mattress is manufactured in its own California facility, 100% quality inspected in an ISO 9001 certified plant, and the company is based at 7167 E Rancho Vista Dr, Scottsdale, AZ.

How long is the trial and what does returning cost?

365 nights from delivery with a 30-night minimum; returns include free pickup, no repackaging and no restocking fees, with a full refund minus the value of non-returnable promotional gifts paid within 5-10 business days.

What firmness do they come in?

The FAQ says all four models are a single Medium feel with no choice at checkout, while the collection page labels Core Firm, Core Hybrid Medium-Firm, Prime Medium and Prime X Medium Firm, and testers measured a zoned feel of roughly 4.5-5 out of 10 at the shoulder and about 7 at the lumbar zone.

Can I try one in a store?

No. As of Sept 2026 FORM is online-only at formsleep.com with phone, chat and email support; there are no showrooms, no store locator and no published retail partners, only a wholesale application program.

How fast does it arrive?

Core and Core Hybrid ship compressed in a box via FedEx Ground in about 5-7 business days, while Prime and Prime X include free White Glove delivery with in-home setup and optional old-mattress removal, and the brand asks you to allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling.

What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?

Manufacturing defects, foam splitting or cracking, cover seam and zipper failures, and sagging, over 1.5 in according to the FAQ and over 1 in according to the Terms, for the original owner only, excluding stains, wear, misuse and improper foundations.
