The 30-Second Verdict: Quick Summary
Lady Americana beds are sold through Mathis Home under the name Americana. The retailer's own pages are the only source for this page. Seven of the eleven models list a queen price, from $189 for the Factory Select to $899 for the Acacia. The retailer's program is exchange only. None of those seven queen prices reaches the exchange program's minimum price. Check the terms for your bed before you pay.

Key Strengths
Six of the eleven models carry the Firm label, so a firm feel is easy to find in this line.
The retailer says Rewards Members get free doorstep delivery in every zone. The delivery chapter shows what non-members pay.
The retailer's Americana page says Made in USA. Its company page says Mathis Sleep makes the beds.
Good to Know
The retailer's terms are exchange only. The label reads: Exchange only, $1,000 and up. The fee reads: Exchange fee: 10%, $199.95 minimum.
Four models are not sold in a queen: the Finnley, Gemma, Superior Special and Brissa. This page also has no outside test scores or owner ratings, so it ranks no model.
This page covers Americana as Mathis Home lists it. It does not settle who owns the Lady Americana name.
Americana suits you if you can shop with Mathis Home and live with its terms. The retailer sets the trial and delivery terms, and this page shows no outside test scores, so it describes the beds and ranks none.
Outside review scores
Review sites checked: NapLab, RTINGS, Sleep Foundation, Mattress Clarity, Sleepopolis, Good Housekeeping and Wirecutter (none had a review). Their scores: none found. Model they tested: none tested. Each site tests in its own way, so read each row on its own.
Americana fits you if you buy from Mathis Home and can lie on the bed in a store first. The Asher II, a Firm innerspring bed, leads this page at $349 for a queen. Because the exchange program is narrow, a store visit is your real trial.
Made in USA
Where it is built
The retailer's Americana page says so. That is the retailer's claim, not a test result.
Mathis Sleep
Who makes it
The retailer's company page says: Mathis Sleep manufactures Americana house-brand mattresses.
Non-prorated
Warranty type
The retailer names its warranty this way: 5 Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty (Asher II).
When Americana makes sense
You live near a Mathis Home store and want to lie on a bed first. The directory lists stores in Oklahoma City, Springdale and Fort Smith, among other places.
You want the lowest queen price listed: the Factory Select shows $189 and a Firm label.
When Another Mattress May Suit You Better
You want your money back. The retailer offers an exchange only, with a fee, and the trial chapter has the terms.
You want outside test scores or owner ratings. This page shows none, so look for them before you buy.

This page has no outside scores to average. Every spec here is the retailer's own listing, and we say so each time.

Chapter 02
Comfort and firmness: which mattress fits you
Why this matters to you: Feel labels are the retailer's words, and a short test in a store tells you more than a label. The exchange program is narrow (see the trial chapter), so decide on feel before you pay.
Pick by feel first, then lie on the bed. This page has no sourced pick by body weight or sleep position, so it makes no matching picks.
The retailer's labels are the starting point. Firm covers six models, and the Firm models with a listed queen price run from $189 for the Factory Select to $599 for the Chandler II. The Gemma and Acacia are both labeled Medium 5 out of 7. The Acacia lists $899 for a queen, and the Gemma is not sold in a queen. Try a Firm bed and a Medium bed back to back, such as the Asher II and the Gemma, before you decide.
Firmness finder
Which feel fits you?
No sourced pick yet
This page has no sourced pick by body weight, so the finder shows none. Use the feel column in the compare table, then try two feels in a store.
Neck: on your side, your nose should line up with the middle of your chest, not tip up or down.
Shoulders: your bottom shoulder should sink in. Tingling or a numb arm means the bed is too firm for you.
Lower back: on your back, slide a flat hand under your waist. A big gap means too firm; no room at all can mean too soft.
Hips: ask someone to look from the side. Hips lower than shoulders means the bed is too soft for you.
Figure 2.1: Four checks to run in a store, lying still in the position you sleep in most. The store test in chapter 11 says how long to lie on each bed.
Chapter 03
Compare the mattresses
Why this matters to you: The eleven models share a name but not a build, from Quality innerspring construction combined with contouring comfort foam on the Asher II to 13.5 gauge individually encased coils, nano coils on the Acacia. Compare the build line and the price, not the model name.
Americana runs from Firm to Soft: the retailer's brand page lists Firm, Medium, Soft. Six of the eleven models are labeled Firm, four Medium and one Soft, so a soft bed is the exception. Only the Bristow II carries that label.
Builds differ more than the names suggest. The Asher II is described as: Quality innerspring construction combined with contouring comfort foam. The Factory Select and Sapphire both list a bonnell coil unit, which is one connected block of springs. The Gemma lists: 13.5 gauge coils, layered micro coils. The Acacia lists: 13.5 gauge individually encased coils, nano coils.
No model on this page has a coil count, so ask a store how many coils a bed has before you compare two of them.

Feel words and heights are the retailer's labels. Some models add a scale out of 7, such as Firm 6 out of 7 and Medium 5 out of 7, so treat it as the retailer's label and not a score you can compare across brands.

The Asher II is the model this page leads with. The retailer labels it Firm and describes it as: Quality innerspring construction combined with contouring comfort foam. Its queen price is $349, and its height is 8.5 inches.
This page shows prices by size for this model only, from $249 for a twin to $499 for a king. The retailer does not publish its coil type, coil count or cover, so you cannot compare its springs with the wrapped-coil models.
Best For
You want a Firm bed and a price for every size: the retailer lists twin to king for this model.
You want an innerspring build with a foam layer, as the retailer describes it.
Consider Instead If
You want a stated coil count or wire thickness: the retailer lists neither for this model, and the Gemma lists 13.5 gauge.
You want a trial: at $349 this bed is below the exchange program's price minimum.

Key featureMemory foam layer, tight quilted top
The Factory Select has the lowest queen price listed on this page, $189. The retailer labels it Firm and lists: Features a bonnell coil unit, memory foam layer, and tight quilted top. A bonnell unit is one connected block of springs.
The gap to the Asher II queen is -$160. The retailer does not publish a height for this model, so measure a floor model before you buy a frame or sheets.
Best For
You want the lowest queen price listed, $189, with a Firm label.
You want a plain coil bed: the retailer lists a bonnell coil unit with a memory foam layer.
Consider Instead If
You want wrapped coils: the Gemma, Acacia, Finnley, Brissa and Superior Special list wrapped or encased coils, and this model lists a bonnell unit.
You want to trust a feel from a label: try it in a store first, since this page has no test scores.

The Chandler II is labeled Firm and lists a queen price of $599, a gap of +$250 from the Asher II. Its height is 12.5 inches.
The retailer does not publish a build description for this model, so this page cannot say what is inside it. Ask the store for the layers, coil type and cover before you pay.
Best For
You want a Firm bed taller than the Asher II, going by the retailer's height lines.
You like to pick by feel and height and will get the build details in a store.
Consider Instead If
You want to know the build before you buy: the Finnley and Brissa list their coils and foams, and this model does not.
You want a lower Firm price: the Sapphire lists $299 and the Factory Select $189.

The Sapphire lists the same build words as the Factory Select: Includes a bonnell coil unit, memory foam layer, and tight quilted top. The retailer labels it Firm, and its queen price is $299.
Because the two builds read alike, ask the store what the higher price of the Sapphire buys over the Factory Select. The retailer does not publish a height for either.
Best For
You want a Firm bed at $299 that lists a memory foam layer and a quilted top.
You want a coil bed that costs less than the Asher II, at a gap of -$50 on the queen.
Consider Instead If
You want proof the Sapphire beats the Factory Select: the listed builds read alike, so no difference is shown here.
You want wrapped coils or latex: look at the Finnley, Brissa or Superior Special, which are not sold in a queen.

The Gemma Medium is labeled Medium 5 out of 7. For the coils the retailer lists: 13.5 gauge individually wrapped coil core, layered micro coils. The cover is: Cooling stretch cover, wool and silk blend.
Its height is 18.5 inches, the tallest height the retailer lists. The Gemma is not sold in a queen; the retailer lists King only. The Acacia has the same feel label and lists $899 for a queen, so the two are not the same size.
Best For
You want a Medium feel with a scale: the retailer labels it Medium 5 out of 7.
You want latex and memory foam layers, as the retailer lists: Contouring latex foam, hybrid memory foam, ultra soft memory foam.

You want a queen bed: the Gemma is sold in King only.
You want a Firm bed: the Gemma is labeled Medium, so look at the Asher II or Chandler II.
You use a low frame or snug sheets: check that they suit a bed this tall.
The Acacia Medium has the highest queen price listed on this page, $899, and is labeled Medium 5 out of 7. For the coils the retailer lists: 13.5 gauge individually encased coils, nano coils. Latex: Latex layer in lumbar area. Comfort layer: Plush comfort foam.
Its height is 15.25 inches. Its queen price gap to the Asher II is +$550. Even at this price it is below the exchange program's price minimum, as the trial chapter explains.
Best For
You want a Medium feel with encased coils and a latex lumbar layer, as the retailer lists.
You want a cooling stretch cover, which the retailer describes as: Cooling stretch cover, wool and silk blend.

The retailer's height figure is 15 inches. This page has no build details for the Davis II, so ask what is inside.
Best For
You want a Medium feel with a listed queen price of $699.
You want a bed the retailer names Plush and labels Medium, and you will test which word fits.
Consider Instead If
You want a Plush feel as the name says: confirm it in a store, since the label reads Medium.
You want the coils and foams named: none are listed here for this model.
The Superior Special is labeled Medium. The retailer lists: Individually encased coils, Talalay Latex and Breathable 4-Way Stretch Knit Cover. Its height figure is 12 inches.
The retailer describes the support layer this way: Individually encased coils that conform to your body and help eliminate motion transfer. That is its own claim, and this page has no test of motion transfer. It has no queen size. It comes in King and California King.
Best For
You want a Talalay latex comfort layer, as the retailer lists it.
You want individually encased coils with a Medium label.

The retailer labels the bed Firm 7 out of 7. The Brissa is not sold in a queen; the retailer lists Full and King.
Best For
You want a Firm bed with a latex lumbar zone, as the retailer lists it.
You want a tall bed: the retailer lists 16.5 inches.
Consider Instead If
You want a cool feel proven by a test: this page has none, and the cover claim is the retailer's own.
You want a queen bed: the Brissa comes in Full and King only.
Why this matters to you: If a store offers an Americana bed under a name not on this list, match the name before you compare prices. A near name, such as Asher II and Chandler II, can be a different bed.
Every Americana model below is listed on the retailer's Americana page now. The retailer prints no status label and no dates, so this list cannot tell you when a model started or how long it has been sold.

Chapter 04
Prices checked Sep 27, 2026 · recheck before buying
Mattress prices and value
Why this matters to you: Four models have no queen size, so a queen price cannot compare them. Check the sizes a model comes in, then get a written price for the size you need.
Queen prices run from $189 to $899 across the seven models that list one, as the retailer showed them when we checked. Recheck the price on the day you buy, because a store price can change.
The size table shows one model, the Asher II: $249 for a twin, $319 for a full, $349 for a queen and $499 for a king. The retailer does not publish width or length for these sizes, so measure your room and frame against a floor model.
Four models are not sold in a queen, so they have no queen price: the Gemma and Finnley (King only), the Superior Special (King and California King) and the Brissa (Full and King). The others differ from the Asher II queen by set amounts. The Factory Select differs by -$160. The Sapphire differs by -$50. The Chandler II differs by +$250. The Acacia differs by +$550. The Bristow II differs by +$150. The Davis II differs by +$350.

Are the expensive ones worth it?
The table lines up five models by queen price. This page has no outside scores or lifespan data to weigh price against, so it cannot say which model is worth the money. Use the table to see what each price buys in feel and build, then compare on those two things.

Factory Select Mattress ($189)

Chandler II Firm Mattress ($599)
You want a taller Firm bed than the Asher II (12.5 inches against 8.5) and will ask a store what is inside.

Chapter 05
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Why this matters to you: Nothing on this page proves how long an Americana bed lasts. You can check where it is made and what it contains, so use those facts and the warranty chapter to decide.
The retailer says: Made in USA. That tells you where the beds are built, not how long they last, and this page shows no outside durability tests.
Durability here rests on the retailer's word, because this page has no outside test of wear or sag. The materials chapter lists what each model contains. Named materials are fair reasons to ask about lifespan, such as Talalay latex on the Superior Special or a memory foam layer on the Factory Select. They are not proof of one.
What to watch for, and when:
Before you pay, ask if your bed qualifies for the exchange program, and get it in writing.
In the first weeks, lie on the bed the way you sleep and note any dip.
Later, keep the receipt and dated photos of any flaw.
Ownership, deals, lawsuits & launches
Company History & Model Evolution
The retailer gives one fact about Americana's history, and it is about who makes the beds.
According to Mathis Home's own company page, Mathis Sleep makes its Americana house-brand mattresses. That is the retailer describing its own line, so read it as its claim and not as proof of who owns the Lady Americana name.
Retailer's own page
Each milestone comes from the brand's own pages, government and court records, or named news reports, each with the date we checked it. Factory suppliers may update minor parts over time.
What we could confirm, and what the brand doesn't say
The left column is what we confirmed, with a source. The right column is what the brand doesn't publish. Use the right column as your list of questions for a store or the brand's chat.

What we confirmed
What the brand doesn't publish
VERIFIEDMade in USA The line is on the retailer's Americana brand page. It says where the beds are built, and it is the retailer's claim.
NOT PUBLISHEDCoil counts This page found no coil count for any of the eleven models, so springs cannot be compared by number.
VERIFIEDMathis Sleep manufactures Americana house-brand mattresses The retailer's own company page says this. Ownership of the Lady Americana name is not settled on this page, so read it as the retailer describing its line.
NOT PUBLISHEDFoam density and firmness rating The retailer shows no foam density or firmness rating (known as ILD) for any of the eleven models.
VERIFIEDFactory-direct in USA The company page says so. Store terms still apply, so read the trial and delivery chapters.
NOT PUBLISHEDSag depth limit The retailer shows no sag depth limit on the Asher II and Davis II pages we checked. The warranty chapter covers why that matters.
VERIFIEDAlso produces mattress components for national brands The retailer says its factory also makes parts for national brands. That speaks to what the factory builds, not to how an Americana bed performs.
NOT PUBLISHEDWidth and length The retailer shows no width or length for any size of the Asher II, only a height line.
Where sources disagree
The Davis II is named Plush but labeled Medium: the retailer's page title says Plush, and its comfort level reads Medium. Ask which word is right, and lie on it.
The Finnley summary line reads only Traditional, yet its build lines list: 13.5 gauge individually wrapped coils with micro coils. Read the build lines, not the one-word summary.
Chapter 06
Sleep trials, returns, exchanges and fees
Why this matters to you: This is where a low-priced bed and a trial collide. The price bar sits above every listed queen price, so assume you cannot exchange a listed queen until a store confirms it in writing.
Mathis Home's terms are exchange only. The retailer's label reads: Exchange only, $1,000 and up. Every condition has to be met, so check each one before you rely on it.
Read the terms as a set of gates. You must sleep on the bed for the minimum period, be a Rewards Member when you buy, and pay at least the price minimum. The Asher II queen lists $349, which is below that minimum, and the Acacia at $899 is the highest queen price listed on this page. No queen price listed here reaches the price minimum, so a queen on its own would not qualify. Confirm the terms in writing.

An exchange costs money before it helps you. The retailer's label reads: Exchange fee: 10%, $199.95 minimum. Because the fee is non-refundable and due before inspection, plan to lose it if the bed fails inspection.
Waiting costs credit: the later you claim, the smaller the credit toward a new mattress. Claims open at Day 31, and the credit steps down at Days 121 and again at Days 241. The replacement must be the same size, and only one exchange is allowed per purchase. Claim early if you plan to claim at all, and read the exclusions in the table before you buy a foundation or power base.
Check the terms for your seller and order date before buying from Americana.
Chapter 07
Delivery, setup and old-mattress removal
Why this matters to you: Delivery can cost as much as a low-priced bed. A non-member in Zone 5 pays more for delivery than the Factory Select costs, since its queen price is $189.
Delivery has one price for Rewards Members. Everyone else pays another. The retailer's terms: Free doorstep dropoff for Rewards Members; non-member fee Zone 2 $129, Zone 3-4 $179, Zone 5 $199. These are the retailer's terms, not a maker policy. A non-member pays no fee only in Zone 1.
Doorstep dropoff means the bed arrives in its carton. It is left at your door, in the garage or in the driveway. Plan for help to carry it in. Paid options add more service: Deluxe Delivery free for Members, $169+ regular; Elite Delivery $300+ Members, $400+ regular. The retailer also offers this: Pre-delivery inspection, assembly and staging are offered. Prices depend on your ZIP code. Enter it on the product page before you compare.
Typical wait: Not published
Enter your ZIP code on the product page to see which delivery options and prices apply to you.
Decide on Rewards membership before you buy, because it sets both your delivery fee and your exchange eligibility.
Ask when the bed will arrive, since the retailer does not publish a delivery wait window.
Check the bed for damage the day it arrives, and photograph any problem.

What do the warranties cover?
Why this matters to you: A warranty that a wrong frame can void protects less than it looks, and the money at stake runs from $189 for the Factory Select to $899 for the Acacia, with the Asher II at $349. Check your frame against the support rules before the first night, and get the sag limit in writing.
The retailer's warranty is non-prorated and limited: 5 Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty (Asher II). In general, non-prorated means the coverage does not shrink as the bed ages. It covers defects, so a bed that simply feels different is a separate matter, and you should ask what counts as a defect.
The retailer lists: 5 Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty (Asher II). This page holds no term for the other ten models, so check the warranty on the page of the model you pick.
The retailer does not publish a sag depth limit on the Asher II and Davis II pages we checked. That limit is how deep a dip must be before a claim counts. Ask for the number in writing. To judge a dip yourself, lay a straight board across the bed and measure the gap. That is our own suggestion, not the retailer's method.
The warranty depends on how the bed is supported. The table lists the support rule for each frame type, including the leg count and the center support a queen or king needs. The retailer says a wrong foundation voids the warranty, and it lists no rule for adjustable bases, so ask before you pair one with an Americana bed.
Covered when the dip is deeper than the limit in the warranty terms, which the pages we read do not state, measured with nobody on the bed.
Strip the bed down to the mattress and wait a few hours so the top layers can recover.
Lay a straight edge (a broom handle or long level) across the dip, resting on the flat parts.
Measure from the edge down to the deepest point, then photograph the ruler for your claim.

Review counts checked on each site · they change daily
Customer reviews and complaints
Why this matters to you: Owner feedback shows problems a spec sheet hides, such as sagging or slow service. This page has none to show, so you have to do this check yourself before you buy.
This page shows no owner ratings for Americana beds, so it cannot say what owners like or dislike. That is a gap in what we confirmed, not a verdict on the beds. Judge each review against its model and price: a review of the $189 Factory Select says little about the $899 Acacia or the $349 Asher II.
How we read the reviews
We did not average, pool or invent ratings.
We show a score only when a named source publishes it, and we name that source.
No score appears in this chapter, because none is confirmed on this page.
A store profile rates the store, not the bed. Keep the two apart when you read reviews.
Read each platform on its own: who runs it, its rating scale, how many reviews it has, and the date we checked it.
Reported praise and concerns:
Read reviews of the exact model, since an Asher II and a Finnley are built differently.
Look for repeated points about sagging, smell or delivery, not single stories.

Chapter 10
What are the mattresses made of?
Why this matters to you: Materials can sound alike across brands. This page reports the retailer's list for each model and marks every item as its claim, so use it to ask better questions, not to settle them.
Materials differ across the line: the Factory Select and Sapphire list a bonnell coil unit with a memory foam layer, while the Finnley, Brissa, Gemma, Acacia and Superior Special list wrapped or encased coils. Five models name latex.
Every material below is the retailer's own description, listed for the model it names. We did not open a bed or test a material. Where the retailer names no material for a model, we leave it blank and do not guess.

Safety labels, and what each one covers
This page lists no safety label for any Americana model, because we confirmed none. Ask the store which labels a specific bed carries, and read the law tag on the bed itself.
Certifications
Not yet researched
We have not yet verified Americana's certification claims with the certifiers themselves.
What these labels do and don't prove
Ask what any label covers. A label usually covers one named part of a bed, such as a foam, and not the whole bed. If a store names one, ask for the certificate.
Read your law tag
How to read the law tag in three steps
Why this matters to you: The law tag sewn onto a mattress lists what is inside and who made it. It is the place to check the retailer's description against the maker's own list, and to see which company built the bed.
Law tag guide
How to read a law tag
Ask to see the tag on the exact bed you plan to buy. Read the maker's name, the filling list and the weights, and check them against the product page.
The three steps
1
Covers
The retailer names no headline feature for this slot, so here is what it says about covers. Finnley: Cooling stretch cover made from wool and silk blend. Brissa: Cooling stretch cover made from wool and silk blend. Superior Special: Breathable 4-Way Stretch Knit Cover.
2
Latex
The retailer names no second headline feature here either, so here is where it lists latex. Finnley: Contouring latex foam. Gemma: Contouring latex foam. Acacia: Latex layer in lumbar area. Brissa: Latex lumbar support. Superior Special: Talalay Latex, which is a way of making latex foam.
3
Coils
The retailer names no third headline feature, so here are the coils. Gemma and Acacia each list 13.5 gauge. Finnley: 13.5 gauge individually wrapped coils. Brissa: 13.5 gauge individually encased coils. Gauge is wire thickness, and a lower number means thicker wire. The retailer publishes no gauge for the Asher II, Factory Select, Chandler II or Sapphire.
Full law tag guide, factory code decoding, and the certificate glossary live on our shared safety page.
How to read this: the law tag, the brand's own statements, and certificates each cover different things. A spec the brand doesn't publish isn't proof it's missing; it just isn't shared.
Chapter 11
Where can you try and buy the mattresses?
Why this matters to you: Feel is hard to judge from a spec sheet, and this page has no test scores to replace a visit. Try the bed before you pay, because a store visit is your best trial.
Americana is sold through Mathis Home, so you buy from the retailer's stores and site. The retailer's store directory heads its groups: OKC Metro, Tulsa, California, Arkansas and Texas. If one of those is near you, you can lie on a bed first.
These are the retailer's own stores, and the retailer sets the terms you get. Ask each store which Americana models are on the floor, because this page cannot tell you that.

How to test a bed in the store
Lie on each bed the way you sleep at home, and stay long enough to feel any pressure points.
Try two feels back to back, such as the Firm Chandler II at $599 and the Medium Davis II at $699.
Compare a coil-and-foam bed with a wrapped-coil bed, such as the innerspring Asher II and the Gemma, if both are on the floor.
Ask for the model's full name and write it down, since Asher II and Chandler II are close names.

Chapter 12
Americana vs. other mattress brands
Why this matters to you: We make no head-to-head picks here. Compare price, terms and warranty side by side before you choose, and ask each seller for the same three items in writing so the comparison is fair.
This page compares Americana with no rival brand. It holds no checked figures for any rival.
To compare Americana with a rival, line up three things. They are the queen price, the exchange or return terms, and the warranty rules. Hold a rival's firm queen against three Americana anchors. They are the Factory Select at $189, the Sapphire at $299 and the Asher II at $349. Then compare how each store treats a bed you want to send back. The bed with the friendlier terms may cost less in the end, even if its price tag is higher.
Competitor details reflect published prices and specs on the date shown. Mattress brands may update prices and trial terms over time.
Chapter 13
How we research and report
We read the retailer's pages and report what they say. We did not test, open or measure any Americana bed.
Americana is a house line, so the retailer's own pages are the main source of facts. This page reports them, labels each one as the retailer's claim, and leaves out any point we could not confirm.
How we check this page
We read the Americana brand page, the product page for each model, the retailer's company page, its delivery page, its exchange program page and its store directory. We show numbers as printed and name the retailer as the source. We describe materials such as innerspring coils, memory foam and Talalay latex only as the retailer names them. Where a page gave no answer, we say so or leave the point out.
Stage 01Factory
Who built the bed
We took the maker from the retailer's company page, which says: Mathis Sleep manufactures Americana house-brand mattresses. We could not settle who owns the Lady Americana name, so this page does not say.
Stage 02Test results
Outside test results
This page shows no outside test results for any Americana bed.
Stage 03Safety
Fire safety papers and the law tag
This page holds no fire safety papers and no law tag for an Americana bed. Ask a store to show the tag on the bed you want.
Stage 04Pressure and motion
Outside pressure and motion tests
This page shows no pressure or motion scores from any outside tester.
Stage 05Reviews

Quick Answers
Quick Answers Before You Buy
Short answers on returns, warranty, delivery, materials and who makes the bed. Each one comes from the retailer's own pages.
Safety and materials
What is inside the Asher II?
An innerspring bed with comfort foam. The retailer's wording: Quality innerspring construction combined with contouring comfort foam. The brand does not publish a coil count for it.
Which Lady Americana models contain latex?
Five do. According to the retailer's listings, latex shows up in five models. Superior Special: Talalay Latex. Finnley: Contouring latex foam. Acacia: Latex layer in lumbar area. Brissa: Latex lumbar support. Gemma: Contouring latex foam. If latex matters to you, check the model page.
What coils do the Finnley and Brissa use?
Both list micro coils on top of the main coils. The retailer's wording. Finnley: 13.5 gauge individually wrapped coils with micro coils. Brissa: 13.5 gauge individually encased coils with micro coils.
Buying and policies
Can I return a Lady Americana mattress?
Exchange only. The retailer's program is an exchange, not a refund. Its label reads: Exchange only, $1,000 and up. The Asher II queen lists $349, which is below that. An exchange also has a fee. The label reads: Exchange fee: 10%, $199.95 minimum.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in how the bed was made. The retailer lists a Non-prorated limited warranty. For the Asher II the page reads: 5 Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty (Asher II). This page holds no term for the other ten models.
What does delivery cost?
It depends on your ZIP code. The retailer's terms: Free doorstep dropoff for Rewards Members; non-member fee Zone 2 $129, Zone 3-4 $179, Zone 5 $199. The retailer's pages state no delivery wait window.
Who makes Lady Americana mattresses?
The retailer's site names Mathis Sleep. Its wording: Mathis Sleep manufactures Americana house-brand mattresses. That is the retailer describing its own line, so it does not settle who owns the Lady Americana name.
