Updated October 15, 2026 · 30 stores, each checked against its own website
The best mattress stores in and near Dayton are Sleep Outfitters Beavercreek, Ashley South and Appliance Factory Miamisburg. We rank stores by how many mattress brands you can try in person, then by how many of their delivery, old-bed removal and return policies they post, counting one location per chain. We checked 30 stores within 12 miles of central Dayton, and no store pays to be listed.
A few minutes on a showroom bed will not tell you how it feels after a month at home. Pick a bed you trust from a store whose exchange and return policy you can live with: only 14 of the 30 stores here post a policy that lets you return a bed.
We rank stores by how many mattress brands you can try in person, then by how many of their delivery, old-bed removal and return policies they post, counting one location per chain. Ties after that go to the closer store, and stores cannot pay to be ranked.
Each pick comes from the facts below, not from payments. Tap one to jump to the store.
