The best mattress stores in and near Dallas, Texas
Updated October 17, 2026 · 69 stores, each checked against its own website
The best mattress stores in and near Dallas are Rooms To Go Mesquite (1233 N Town East Blvd), Canales Furniture Southwest (South Cockrell Hill Rd) and Mattress Firm Garland (North President George Bush Highway). We rank stores by how many mattress brands you can try in person, then by how many of their delivery, old-bed removal and return policies they post, counting one location per chain. We checked 69 stores within 15 miles of central Dallas, and no store pays to be listed.
Rooms To Go Mesquite (1233 N Town East Blvd): 12 brands to try, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and Sealy. Mesquite, 8.2 mi, open Sunday; old-bed removal offered, publishes a return policy.
Canales Furniture Southwest (South Cockrell Hill Rd): 10 brands to try, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and Sealy. Southwest Dallas, 11.8 mi, open Sunday; old-bed removal offered, publishes a return policy.
A few minutes on a showroom bed will not tell you how it feels after a month at home. Pick a bed you trust from a store whose exchange and return policy you can live with: 43 of the 69 stores here post a policy that lets you return a bed, so read the fees and time limits before you buy.
We rank stores by how many mattress brands you can try in person, then by how many of their delivery, old-bed removal and return policies they post, counting one location per chain. Ties after that go to the closer store, and stores cannot pay to be ranked.

Do stores pay to be on this page?
No. We list every store that passes our checks, sorted by distance. Picks are based on the facts shown, such as hours, brands and published policies.
How we check
How we built this list
Every fact has a source. Hours, brands and policies come from the store's own website. Each store links its sources. We do not print prices, because they change too often to keep right.
Two checks per store. A search finds the store. Then a script opens the store's own page and confirms the street address and phone number are on it, and that every policy line we quote is still there word for word. A store that fails is left off. Checks used for this page: Script check against the store's website; Store search (AI). The date on each store is the latest check.
Open stores only. We confirm each store is open within 90 days of the update date. Closed stores come off the page.
Within 15 miles. We only list stores within 15 miles of central Dallas.
No paid spots. Stores cannot pay to be listed or ranked. We do not test mattresses in a lab; we compare the facts stores publish.
