The 30-Second Verdict: Quick Summary
Yes, for most buyers who want an organic latex bed. Sleep Foundation scores the Eco Terra Hybrid Latex Mattress 8.8 and praises its great value.
Compare Queen prices. The Eco Bliss costs $1,199 and the Saatva Classic costs $2,229, a gap of $1,030. The Eco Bliss has a Talalay latex comfort layer over a CertiPUR foam core. The Saatva Classic is a luxury innerspring bed. For latex on a budget, pick the Eco Bliss. Saatva says its Luxury Firm option suits couples who disagree on firmness, so look at the Saatva Classic if that is you.
Eco Terra gives you a 90-night trial and a 15-year warranty that is not prorated. Service is the weak spot. Trustpilot shows 2.0 out of 5 from 12 reviews, and recent complaints cite shipping and refunds.
Buy it only if you want organic latex and can keep the bed 30 days before any return.

Key Strengths
Low Queen price. The Eco Bliss lists at $2,449 and sells for $1,199, so you pay about half of list.
Long trial and warranty. You get 90 nights at home and a 15-year warranty that is not prorated, so your coverage does not shrink with age.
Chemical-light build. The brand says its Eco Fire Barrier is fiberglass-free and made from plant fibers. The beds are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which limits chemical emissions.
Good to Know
Early returns cost money. You must try the bed for 30 days. A return before day 30 takes $99 from your refund, and pickup help costs another $99.
You wait for it. Each bed is made to order and ships in 5 to 7 days. Some Google reviews report delays with little news from the brand.
Feel can miss. Sleepopolis scored the Hybrid Latex Mattress 4.1 out of 5 and found the Medium too soft for stomach sleepers. Sleep Foundation says the Medium firm (6) suits people over 230 pounds better.
Three questions decide this page: do you want organic latex, which firmness fits you, and can you wait for a made-to-order bed? Answer those and the choice gets simple.
Outside review scores
Review sites checked: 2 outlets. Their scores: 8.8 and 4.1 / 5. Model they tested: Eco Terra Hybrid Latex Mattress, medium and medium firm (Sleepopolis: Medium). Each site tests in its own way, so read each row on its own.
Yes, for most buyers who want an organic latex bed at a low price. Sleep Foundation scores the Hybrid Latex Mattress 8.8 and praises its great value. Sleepopolis scores it 4.1 / 5. A Queen costs $1,014. The trade-off is service. Trustpilot gives the brand 2.0 out of 5, with complaints about shipping and refunds. If you want a classic innerspring with three firmness choices, look at the Saatva Classic at $2,229 for a Queen. You pay $1,215 more, and Saatva says its Luxury Firm option suits couples who disagree on firmness. The reason to buy Eco Terra anyway is the low Queen price, plus a 15 year warranty that is not prorated.

When Eco Terra makes sense
You want value: Sleep Foundation praised the great value, and the Hybrid Latex Mattress costs $1,014 for a Queen.

You weigh over 230 pounds and sleep on your side: Sleep Foundation found the medium firm (6) better for you and scored it 8.0 for side sleepers.
You want time to decide: you get a 90 night trial and a 15 year warranty that is not prorated.
When Another Mattress May Suit You Better
You want more firmness choices: the Saatva Classic comes in Plush Soft, Luxury Firm and Firm at $2,229 for a Queen.
You sleep on your stomach: Sleepopolis found the Medium version too soft, so pick Medium-Firm or another bed.
You want easy delivery: Trustpilot shows 2.0 out of 5 from 12 reviews, with complaints about shipping, updates and refunds. Google shows 4.7 from 91 reviews.

Why we don't average the scores
Sleep Foundation tested two firmness levels and Sleepopolis tested only Medium. Each site scores its own way, so we show each score on its own and never blend them into one number.
Each score comes from that outlet's own review. Prices, models and policies can change after a review.
Chapter 02
Comfort and firmness: which mattress fits you
Why this matters to you: Pick the wrong feel and you may wake up wishing you had not. Sleepopolis found the Medium too soft for stomach sleepers. Sleep Foundation found the medium firm (6) better for people over 230 pounds.
The Hybrid Latex Mattress comes in two feels, and the right one depends on your weight and how you sleep. The tool and table below use Sleep Foundation's scores for the feels it tested.
Medium (5): Sleepopolis found it too soft for stomach sleepers.
Medium firm (6): Sleep Foundation found it better for people over 230 pounds.

Chapter 03
Compare the mattresses
Why this matters to you: The build decides the feel. Eco Terra sells latex over foam, latex over coils, and foam over coils. Pick the build first, then the height and firmness.
Three mattresses carry the Eco Terra name, and each uses a different build. The table lines up build, height, feel and Queen price.
The Hybrid Latex Mattress costs the least at $1,014 for a Queen. It pairs organic latex with fabric-encased coils. The Eco Bliss costs $1,199 and puts latex over a foam core. It comes in three heights.
The Savvy Bliss costs $1,449 and has 1,057 coils in a 12 inch bed. It comes in Medium-Firm only, so check that feel fits you.

The Eco Bliss is an organic latex bed at a hybrid price. The brand says it has a GOLS certified organic latex comfort layer over a CertiPUR certified foam core, under a stretch cotton cover. It comes in 8, 10, or 12 inches, with 2, 3, or 4 inches of Talalay latex on top. You pick Medium or Med-Firm.
A Queen in the 8 inch Medium costs $1,199, against a $2,449 list price. The Hybrid Latex Mattress is the closest neighbor and costs $1,014 in Queen, which is $185 less. It swaps the foam core for coils. The Savvy Bliss costs $1,449 in Queen, which is $250 more. It adds pocketed coils and cooling foam layers.
Know the return rules before you buy. The trial runs 90 nights, but you must keep the bed at least 30 days. A return before day 30 costs $99, taken from your refund. The trial covers only orders placed on the brand's own site, not Amazon.
Best For
You want organic latex for $1,199 in Queen, not the $2,449 list price.
You want a fiberglass-free fire barrier, which the brand says comes from plant fibers.
You want to choose 8, 10, or 12 inches, with 2 to 4 inches of latex on top.
Consider Instead If
You want coils under the latex: the Hybrid Latex Mattress has them and costs $185 less in Queen. Sleep Foundation scored it 8.8.
You want zoned coils and cooling foam layers: the Savvy Bliss has five support zones, comes in Medium-Firm, and costs $250 more in Queen.
You want a bigger firmness range and have the budget: the Saatva Classic comes in three feels and costs $2,229 in Queen, $1,030 more.

The Hybrid Latex Mattress is an 11 in bed with 3 in of organic latex over fabric-encased coils. The brand says the latex is GOLS-certified and the cover is GOTS-certified organic cotton with organic wool. It comes in Medium (ILD 24-26) or Medium-Firm (ILD 29-31). A higher ILD number means a firmer feel. Sleep Foundation scores it 8.8 and says it provides great value.
At Queen it costs $1,014, the lowest price of the three Eco Terra models here. The step up is the Eco Bliss, an 8 in bed with a foam core, at $1,199. That is $185 more. The Savvy Bliss is a 12 in bed with 1,057 coils at $1,449. That is $435 more, and it comes only in Medium-Firm.
The caution is the trial. You get 90 nights, but you must keep the bed at least 30 days. Return it sooner and the brand takes $99 from your refund. The trial covers only beds bought on the Eco Terra site, not Amazon.
Best For
You weigh over 230 lbs and sleep on your side. Sleep Foundation says the Medium-Firm suits you better and rates it 8.0 for that group.
You want the lowest Queen price in the Eco Terra lineup: $1,014, against $1,199 and $1,449.
You want organic latex over coils. It is the only model of the three with that mix.
Consider Instead If
You sleep on your stomach. Sleepopolis, which gives it 4.1 / 5, found the Medium version too soft for stomach sleepers, so think twice before you pick that feel.
You want a foam core instead of coils. The Eco Bliss 8 in starts at $1,199, which is $185 more.
You want three feels to pick from, or a couple's compromise. Saatva Classic offers Plush Soft, Luxury Firm and Firm at $2,229 for a Queen, which is $1,215 more.

The Savvy Bliss is a 12 inch hybrid with a medium-firm feel. It has an organic cotton cover and a layer of organic wool on top. Under them sit two cooling foam layers and a 9 inch coil unit with five support zones and four-sided edge support. The brand says the wool is a natural fire barrier, so it needs no harmful chemicals.
It is the priciest of the three Eco Terra mattresses. The Hybrid Latex Mattress costs $1,014 for a Queen, so you pay $435 more here. The Eco Bliss costs $1,199 for a Queen in the 8 inch size, a $250 gap. The Savvy Bliss Queen is $1,449, down from a $3,399 list price.
One caution: the trial runs 90 nights, but you must keep the bed 30 days first. A return before day 30 means $99 off your refund.
Best For
You want a coil bed with cooling foam layers, which the brand says channel heat away.
You want an organic cotton and wool top and no chemical fire barrier, as the brand describes it.
You like firm edges, since the coil unit has support on all four sides.
Consider Instead If
You want the lowest price in the lineup or an organic latex layer; the Hybrid Latex Mattress comes in Medium or Medium-Firm and costs $435 less for a Queen.
You want a latex top and a choice of 8, 10 or 12 inches; the Eco Bliss costs $250 less for a Queen in the 8 inch size and offers Medium or Med-Firm.
You share a bed and disagree on firmness; the Saatva Classic offers three feels, but a Queen is $2,229, which is $780 more.

Chapter 05
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Why this matters to you: Beds soften with use, and parts can change over time. The warranty and the support rules tell you what the maker will stand behind.
Eco Terra gives a 15-year non-prorated warranty from the purchase date. It skips normal body impressions of 1.5 inches or less. Stains or weak support can void it.
The Hybrid Latex Mattress pairs organic latex with encased coils of upcycled steel that the brand says are heat-treated. The Savvy Bliss has 1,057 pocketed coils in a Queen. Flipping is not necessary, the brand says. Buy a base that follows the warranty rules, because weak support can void coverage.
What to watch for, and when:
Day one: keep the bed's law label attached and keep your bill of sale. The warranty needs both.
First 30 days: the trial needs at least 30 days of use before a return. Use that time to judge the feel.
Any time: check the frame. With no metal center support, you need at least 5 hardwood slats (1 x 4 inches). A weak base can void the warranty.
Ongoing: keep the bed clean. Soiling can negate the warranty.
Who owns Eco Terra: Sleep, Inc. sells the beds under the Eco Terra name. Florida filings show Eco Terra Inc. merged into Sleep, Inc. on 2021-05-01. Sleep Technologies, Inc. filed the ECO TERRA trademark on 2015-08-08, with first use in commerce listed as 2016-04-02.
Where sources disagree
Owner scores disagree: the brand's site shows 4.9 out of 5 from 814 reviews. Trustpilot shows 2.0 from 12, and Amazon shows 3.0 from 47 ratings.
Testers disagree on feel: Sleep Foundation scored the Hybrid Latex Mattress 8.8 and liked the value. Sleepopolis gave 4.1 / 5 and called the Medium too soft for stomach sleepers.
Build parts changed: the brand says it replaced an earlier polyurethane layer with GOTS-certified organic wool.
Chapter 06
Sleep trials, returns, exchanges and fees
Why this matters to you: You get 90 nights at home, but you must keep the bed for 30 days first. A return before day 30 costs $99 off your refund.
The trial is long, but the first month matters. Plan to keep the bed 30 days and you avoid the $99 fee.

You must try the bed for at least 30 days from the day it arrives. Send it back sooner and Eco Terra deducts $99 from your refund. Check the terms for your seller and order date before buying from Eco Terra.
Chapter 07
Delivery, setup and old-mattress removal
Why this matters to you: Eco Terra builds each mattress after you order, and the brand says it ships in a small box. Plan for a wait before it leaves the factory, and check the setup and old-bed details before you pay.
Every Eco Terra mattress is handcrafted and made to order. The brand says orders typically ship within 5 to 7 days, so do not plan a same-week bed swap.
The brand offers free shipping across the contiguous US. The mattress comes in a small box, so you can carry it to any room you like. Orders outside the contiguous US pay extra shipping on comfort exchanges and returns. That matters if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.
Typical wait: 5 to 7 days to ship
Built to order: the brand handcrafts your mattress after you order.

What do the warranties cover?
Why this matters to you: The warranty lasts 15 years and is non-prorated, but a dip of 1.5 inches or less is excluded. Stains or a weak bed base can also void it.
Eco Terra covers the mattress for 15 years from the purchase date, and coverage does not shrink over time. A claim still turns on how deep the dip is and what the bed sits on.
Sag rule: normal body impressions of 1.5 inches or less are excluded.
Base rule: a frame with no metal center support needs at least 5 hardwood slats, sized 1 x 4 inches.
Claim costs: transportation, inspection and removal of the mattress are not covered.
How long it lasts: 15 years from the purchase date
How coverage drops over time: Non-prorated

Customer reviews and complaints
Why this matters to you: The brand's own site and Google score high. Trustpilot, the BBB and Amazon score much lower. Reading each pool alone shows what can go wrong, mostly delivery and returns.
On October 14, 2026, Eco Terra's own site showed 4.9 out of 5 from 814 reviews on the Hybrid Latex Mattress. Trustpilot showed 2.0 out of 5 from 12 reviews. The two pools tell very different stories, so read them apart.
How we read the reviews
Five pools are shown as of October 14, 2026: Eco Terra's site, Trustpilot, the BBB, Amazon and Google (shown on Birdeye).
Each pool keeps its own score and is never blended with the others.
Every score sits beside its own count, so a small pool looks small.
Trustpilot shows 2.0 out of 5 from 12 reviews, and 4 of them are from the last 12 months. The BBB shows a rating of 1 from 2 customer reviews and lists 2 delivery complaints. Amazon shows 3.0 out of 5 from 47 ratings on one King size, and Google shows 4.7 from 91 reviews. These counts are small, so treat each score as a hint, not a verdict.
Read each platform on its own: who runs it, its rating scale, how many reviews it has, and the date we checked it.
Reported praise and concerns:
What owners like: helpful, patient personal service, as recent Google reviews describe it.
What owners dislike: delivery delays and weak order updates on Google and Trustpilot.
One Trustpilot reviewer paid over $600 in shipping to get a replacement mattress. That is one report out of 12 reviews, but it shows how costly a replacement can get.

What are the mattresses made of?
Why this matters to you: The layers decide how the bed feels and how warm it sleeps. The cover and fire barrier also tell you what sits against your skin.
Eco Terra builds three models from organic latex, wool, cotton, foam and coils. The table shows what each model uses, and the labels below show what each seal covers.
The Eco Bliss puts organic latex over a CertiPUR foam core, under a stretch cotton cover. The Hybrid Latex Mattress puts one 3 in organic latex layer over fabric-encased steel coils. The Savvy Bliss uses organic cotton and wool over foam layers and pocketed coils. The brand says the Eco Bliss has a fiberglass-free fire barrier made from plant fibers. It says the other two use organic wool as the barrier. The brand also says it uses no chemical flame retardants.

Safety labels, and what each one covers
Each label below checks one part of the bed, not the whole bed. Here is what each one covers.
CertiPUR-US
Savvy Bliss: PlushFoam comfort layer.
An outside lab tests the foam for content and indoor emissions. It covers foam only.
UL GREENGUARD Gold
Eco Bliss, Hybrid Latex Mattress, and Savvy Bliss.
Limits emissions of more than 360 VOCs (chemical fumes) and total chemical emissions.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Hybrid Latex Mattress: organic wool layer.
Tests fabric parts, even threads and buttons, for harmful substances.
Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS)
Eco Bliss and Hybrid Latex Mattress: organic latex layer.
Tracks organic latex through the supply chain, with social and environmental rules.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)

Eco Terra vs. other mattress brands
Why this matters to you: The card below shows the best-fit rival for one need: a bed with more firmness choices. Compare its Queen price to the Eco Terra Savvy Bliss before you decide.
The Saatva Classic wins on firmness choice. It comes in three comfort levels and two heights. The Savvy Bliss comes in one feel.
Pick the Savvy Bliss if you want to spend $780 less in Queen. Pick the Classic if you and your partner want different firmness.

Quick Answers
Quick Answers Before You Buy
Quick answers to common questions about materials, buying and policies. Each answer opens with the direct reply in bold.
Safety and materials come first, then buying and policies.
Safety and materials
Are harsh fire chemicals used?
No chemical flame retardants are used, the brand says. The Eco Bliss has a fiberglass-free barrier made from plant fibers. The Hybrid Latex Mattress and Savvy Bliss use organic wool as their natural fire barrier.
Is its latex certified organic?
Yes, on the Eco Bliss and the Hybrid Latex Mattress. The brand says both use GOLS certified organic latex. GOLS is a standard that tracks latex through the whole supply chain.
Does the current build include polyurethane?
The Hybrid Latex Mattress dropped its polyurethane layer. The brand says it replaced that layer with GOTS-certified organic wool. The Eco Bliss still has a CertiPUR certified poly foam core, and the Savvy Bliss has CertiPUR-US PlushFoam.
Buying and policies
What support base is recommended?
Use a rigid, non-yielding foundation, such as an Eco Terra foundation. Queen and king sizes need enough center support. A frame with no metal center support needs at least 5 hardwood slats (1 x 4 inches). Poor support can void the warranty.
Must the mattress be turned over?
No, flipping is not necessary. You can leave the bed as it is.
Can it be used on a movable bed frame?
Yes, with the right base. The foundation must give proper support and keep the mattress elevated. The warranty calls for the matching Eco Terra adjustable foundation, so read its owner's manual for coverage.
How firm is Eco Terra?
Medium or medium-firm. The Hybrid Latex Mattress is Medium (ILD 24-26) or Medium-Firm (ILD 29-31). The Eco Bliss also comes in Medium or Med-Firm. The Savvy Bliss comes only in Medium-Firm.
Is it a good mattress for some sleepers?
Yes for side and back sleepers under 230 pounds, says Sleep Foundation, which scored the Hybrid Latex Mattress 8.8. It found the medium firm (6) better above 230 pounds. Sleepopolis scored it 4.1 / 5 and called the Medium version too soft for stomach sleepers.
How long is the at-home trial?
You get 90 nights, but you must keep the bed at least 30 days. Returning sooner costs a $99 fee taken from your refund. The trial covers only beds bought on the Eco Terra website, not Amazon.
How long is the product coverage?
